# Extending the Team, Scaling the Impact: Rockingham's Managed Services Story

## About this Webinar

Every campus team reaches a point where the demand outpaces the capacity. Most just learn to live with the gap. Rockingham Community College found a better way, and they're pulling back the curtain on exactly how they did it.

You'll hear how a seven-person team built 180 forms across an entire campus, recovered from a paper crisis during COVID, got part-time new hires fully onboarded before their first day, and built the momentum where every department is asking for more. Not because they added staff, but because they added the right support.

In this session, you'll learn:

- How to accelerate campus priorities without adding headcount or waiting on budget cycles
- What it's like to have someone who knows your institution building alongside you
- How to go from a backlog of requests to a campus that runs on digital workflows
- The difference between buying a platform vs. truly building something with it

If your team is stretched thin and your backlog keeps growing, this one is for you.
